Social law as a whole and sports law
The firm DDLC assists and represents its clients in the context of contentious proceedings in demand and/or defense before the civil, criminal and industrial courts, on the occasion of individual disputes (dismissal, sanction, transfer of employment contracts, …) or collective (disputes relating to information and consultation of the works council, electoral disputes, disputes over the validity of collective agreements, etc.).
The DDLC firm also intervenes in the context of litigation relating to a recovery of the URSSAF.
The DDLC firm supports its clients in the social management of their company law operations (sale, acquisition, leasing-management, merger, etc.) and in particular in the context of carrying out audits, setting up procedures for transfer of employees, management of the collective status of employees, the procedure for informing and consulting staff representatives (determination of the procedure to be adopted, preparation of the documents to be submitted, monitoring of the procedure), steps to be taken vis-à-vis the labor administration.
The DDLC firm also assists public persons and public sector companies on the private labor law aspects of some of their operations (change of public service concessionaire, etc.).
In addition, DDLC also assists its sports clients (athletes, players and coaches) in all stages of their contractual relationship, whether in labor law, image rights, sponsorship, partnership , etc. as well as companies, associations or sports federations in all their legal issues.

Marie-Cécile de la Chapelle and Karen Durand-Hakim have more than 20 years of experience in labor law , both in consulting and in litigation. Karen Durand-Hakim has also developed cross-disciplinary skills in sports law.

Marie-Cécile de la Chapelle is the author of a number of articles on doctrine in the review RF Social and regularly participates in professional colloquia devoted to employment law . Marie-Cécile de la Chapelle also teaches at the CNAM. She is also registered in the citizen reserve to intervene in schools.
